If you are not attending the meeting but would like for your comments to be read during the meeting, use the same form on the City's website at the link below and submit as directed on the form.

1. Confirm that the January 12, 2026 Library Advisory Board
Meeting Minutes were approved by email.
2. Routine Report from Friends of the Library.
3. Discuss and consider approving the Board’s 2026 Work Plan.
4. Discuss and consider approving a Library Display Policy.
5. Discuss and consider approving a Test-Proctoring Policy.
6. Discuss and consider a Notary Services Policy.
7. Discuss the Board’s annual report to the City Council.
